All lots MUST be removed by the last pickup date!

PAYMENT:

Once the auction closes you will be sent an e-mail invoice/receipt showing the total of the items you have won. The card on file with Proxibid will be charged for the full amount immediately after the closing of the event. Payments must be made by either the card on file with Proxibid or cash upon pickup. NO other forms of payments will be accepted.

Cards: Please ensure that you have a sufficient available balance on your card for your online purchases. A $10 charge will be added to your invoice if a card is declined.

Cash: Buyers wishing to pay by cash must email SD Surplus Auctions 24hrs before the item bidding closes to arrange a cash payment. Email: contact@sdsurplusauctions.com

PREVIEW/INSPECTION:

Location and dates vary with each auction.

Inspection is welcome and recommended. The condition of an item should be confirmed by the bidder prior to bidding. We are not experts, we may have some testing information in the description but please verify, test and inspect items for yourselves before bidding.

PARKING:

Customer parking is not always available, please check specific terms and conditions of the auction that you are bidding on.

PICKUP INFO:

ID and invoices may be required, if the invoice is unpaid please bring CASH as that is the ONLY accepted payment at pickup.

Any items/lots that are not removed by the last pickup date and time will be considered abandoned and may be disposed. NO refunds will be given on abandoned items and may be subject to removal/disposal fees. You are responsible for the safe pickup/removal and transportation of your items at your expense and risk.

LOADING:

Come prepared with an appropriate vehicle, tie downs, straps, tools,  equipment, dollies, packing materials, boxes and manpower to load your purchases. You are responsible for the safe pickup/removal and transportation of your items at your expense and risk.

Depending on the availability of our staff there may be some assistance available from us. A forklift is sometimes available upon reasonable request.

Measurements in the catalog descriptions are approximate and in this format:  Length (right to left), x Width/Depth (front to back) x Height (top to bottom).

RELEASE:

Lots will only be released to you or your agent upon presentation of paid receipt, satisfactory identification documentation and a signed release/receipt of pickup.

AGENT PICKUP:

If an agent is picking up on your behalf they must have a copy of the Paid Sales Receipt or Cash, sign the release/receipt of pickup and present satisfactory identification documentation. It is at SD Surplus Auctions’ discretion whether or not to release an item/lot to an agent. Please be prepared to provide further verifications of identity/sale/winning bids.

 

SHIPPING:

Buyers are responsible for the safe pickup/removal and transportation of their items at their own expense and risk.
